Die 26 Sophisten, die in den Jahren von 460 bis 380 v. Chr. in Griechland in Tätigkeit waren, sind uns bekannt. Ich versuche in der vorliegenden Arbeit, die Rechtsphilosophie einzelner Sophisten zu rekonstruieren, aber nicht aller, sondern nur von Protagoras, Hippias und Kallikles. Das Grund für solche Begrenzung des Forschungsbereichs besteht erstens darin, dass die Auffassungen der drei genannten Sophisten nicht nur in unserem Zusammenhang für prominent gehalten werden, sondern auch als der Ausgangspunkt der theoretischen Untersuchungen über die wichtigen und aktuellen politisch-moralischen Problematiken in der griechischen Gesellschaft gelten.

The 26 Sophisten, which were in the years from 460 to 380 v. Chr. in Griechland in activity, are well-known us. I try in the available work to reconstruct the philosophy of law of individual Sophisten but not all, but only from Protagoras, Hippias and Kallikles. Reason for such delimitation of the research range consists first of all of it that the views of the three Sophisten mentioned are not considered prominent only in our connection, but also as the starting point of the theoretical investigations over the important and current political-moral problems in the Greek society applies.
